My employer didn’t pay me for Juneteenth

Hey y’all, I work as a government employee in a county in California. I received my paycheck today and noticed I was missing my holiday pay. We as county workers get paid for holidays. We use Kronos to put in our hours and our supervisors/managers make edits to our timecards. I noticed my holiday hours were changed from the default holiday hours to miscellaneous leave without pay. No one notified me about the change. Something similar like this happened to me recently with my hours being changed from sick leave paid (SLP) to miscellaneous leave without pay (MLW), when I had covid-19 and provided proof with tests. What do I do moving forward? I’ve spoke to management about this in the past and nothing came of it.
