Disability Discriminating Boss

I have been working for almost four years at a company that overall is pretty good. But I had to start working with HR on workplace accommodations since I got diagnosed with a disabling chronic illness two years ago. My symptoms got significantly worse during the covid lock downs and I have not been been able to function the same since. HR and the head of my department have been wonderful on working with me. But my boss is so ignorant that he keeps saying stuff in my twice a year reviews (and other times in between) that are constantly putting me down for the time I miss due to my illness. I grew up as that perfectionist who always gave her best at school and work. So the fact that he called me me unreliable and inconsistent kills me. When he is required to say what obstacles are in the way of me doing my job well, he has no issues at all with my job performance. He said “well if you're here 80% of the time then you're only doing 80% of the work”. Which I miss maybe a day or two a month. I am absolutely there most of the time and working. Then he had the audacity to say that “you're not going to find any other company or boss that will let you have so much time off without repercussions”. Obviously he has no idea that ADA laws exist and that reasonable accommodations are legally required of employers. Overall, it has been bothering me ever since the review. It is so discouraging. I just want to be judged for the time I am on the clock and doing my job. Not for things that are completely out of my control. Plus it just adds to the fact that I constantly feeling like my best is never good enough for anything in my life anymore.
