I'm 18 years old, and I secured a job last month. The company informed me that I was hired via email…I signed an NDA and Code of Ethics, but it has been 5 weeks without receiving my offer letter despite my multiple reminders.
Pay day was June 30th, and my supervisors are saying that I cannot get paid unless I have an offer letter….yet still, whoever has the responsibility of doing the offer letters are “busy”.
I need my money.. I didnt come here to do charity work and i'm pissed. I dont know what to do.
Can i refuse to return to work until they provide me with the offer letter and date of payment??
