So I work in a small bakery with 4 employees all together and the two owners work here as well. One of my co workers recently requested a day off and they denied her. Later on they approved it. In September I want to get two weekends off for a family trip and a concert. I’m nervous to ask for it off because they have a reputation to deny days off. Today they told another co worker that it’s hard to replace people on weekends. Which would be the problem. I’ve worked for a little over a year and have only taken a day off plus 2 weeks for COVID. What should I do if they deny it
