This is an example of abusive leadership and treating employee as disposable items. This happened in a non-profit that is supposed to care for refugees. Our team was supposed to be 18 members, only five working and all of them looking for jobs. Had enough. Needless to say, I was fired on on the spot

This was sent to the VP of the company that I used to work until Thursday. I was anticipating that they will fire me for speaking up. Had to say what I wanted to. I am glad I did. Never ever let anyone, not even the leaders of a company treat you like crap. The two immediate supervisors of our team had left two months ago, abruptly. The VP was supervising our team, rather poorly.
