So I went into another store in the chain I work at to ask for a transfer to get away from an insufferable store manager and her pet POS associate to be face to face with the regional manager to my surprise. He asks the reasons for my transfer and I lie and say it's because of distance and “its sssoooo much closer” he asks what store I'm coming from and immediately sees through my facade and asks the REAL reasons for transfer. To which my brain went full autopilot and tells of their civil rights abuses, changing of schedules with 12 hours notice and not so much as a courtesy call/text, hippa violations, cursing at associates in front of customers, throwing away dr notes to give non medical absences ect ect.. apparently that was the last thing they needed as there have been many complaints about these two people and a full investigation of the store and the manager must be done. They automatically approved my transfer. So good riddance hope you get demoted not fired though
