Worked at a media management company for streaming services (Premiere Digital) for over a year. All of us wanted more pay ($20/hour) and to work remote. After months of begging and writing every week on their suggestion board, we were told it wasn't gonna happen and they gave us a measly 50 cent raise. So i left with no plan and now found a job working directly for a streaming service that is 100% remote and pays $30/hour. My boss also quit a week after me cause he was just as fed up about it. Just wanted to throw this out there if any of you are on the fence about making a similar decision
