Tired of the disrespect, our pay cuts and now decrease in hours so I’m officially looking at new options.
What’s your opinions on how to quit a job? Obviously I’m waiting until I secure a new one but do you believe in 2 weeks notice, letting them know your last day or ghosting them?
The job doesn’t matter to me and I’ve only been there a little over a year. I did get a promotion last year with more responsibility and I soon realized it wasn’t worth my mental health.
They have treated me horribly and even came after me for going to the restroom. We don’t have breaks by the way even though it isn’t uncommon to work 8+ hours.
They’ve put me through a lot of stress lately and don’t value their staff. What would be the biggest fu in terms of quitting on what conditions?
