So this just happened to me today. We had a coworker quit so my boss decided to put his properties on my route and a few coworkers route. Thats fine. The issue is I got 90% of his route with less than 200 dollars more on my check. Now I dont think i should get ALL of that former employees pay but I do think I deserve 90% of his pay since im doing 90% of his work. This job has a TON of benefits other companies don't offer but the fact that the BEST company ive worked for is doing this makes it clear. I can't stay in this profession anymore. Looks like its time to check out new trade work. Anyone got any suggestions?
