He basically asked me to call him since he has jobs opening across the country. When I called he was looking down on me because I am leaving my current job after a year saying that I am leaving less than a year and how its bad and he knows hiring managers don’t want me. I explained to him my reasons that I am leaving because of how my hospital put patients safety at risk and its an ethical conflict for me. And that I talked to multiple hiring managers and they had no issues with me leaving this job so why are you blaming me for a life situation?
He hang up on me and sent me a long email saying that I have an attitude and thats why I failed keeping this job and that he doesn’t want to represent me and that I am in the wrong business.
( this coming from a third party recruiter who never worked a day in his life in a hospital)
I responded saying that he hang up and I don’t want a person who is not respectful to represent me. I am the best tech and he is in this buisness only for the money and thats pathetic.
