We are scheduled to return to the office 2x a week, and WFH 3x a week. I don’t mind it, but I have medical issues that make it difficult to comply. I don’t want to get a doctors note since I had a bad experience when I shared my medical issues with a previous employer. When I asked to work from home last week, my boss said “always stay home if you are not feeling well”. Does this mean I don’t have to ask him to work from home when I can’t go into the office?
