Hey guys,
So I work in the most toxic environment for the sneakiest asshole in the world. I work on an office setting but my boss bullies employees, managers ( I’m one of them) make fun of the employees and when I try to disagree I am basically ignored and not treated as an equal because I’m “ too nice “. I’ve witnessed a manager call an employee a horse faced bitch, call employees fat, make racist comments etc. Just last week my boss threw me under the bus for something that was not my fault; this is weeks after she denied my ADA accommodation and told the whole department about another employees FMLA.
Point of the story is that my boss sucks is exploitative and k want to fuck her shit up before I leave after I’ve accepted a wag better offer elsewhere. This is not just for me to say haha fuck you but I really want her fired so my employees aren’t stuck in such an awful environment when I leave. Do I write a letter to HR?
