[Advice pls] my ex-employer is asking me to hide my achievements like business and campaign % stats from my LinkedIn, for ‘confidentiality’ reasons.

I did sign an NDA However definitely feel like I am justified to quantify my accomplishments on my profile. Without quantifying it makes my profile flat… I am quite aware they just don't want anyone to 'publicise' their growth hacks/ marketing playbooks (wrt competitors), but imo its being done by so many other companies so it ain't a secret Thoughts? Advice appreciated here 🥺
