Like seriously these shit articles need to stop that we need to be in the office to collaborate and effectively work with teams. Boomers need to get with 2022.
My bosses tried that with us and it didn't work (I work as a dev for a team)
Like I honestly don't give a f about how your weekend is or if your kid learned to count to 10 and graduated from pre school.
People should be given the choice if it doesn't effect the outcome of what is required.
