So I got a better offer, the kind a place like mine doesn't match. So I called my VP and got no answer. I drafted a letter and sent it to the owner.... And repeated for 3 DAYS !!!!! I ran a medical team. My support went out of town on a trip and said nothing. I was left on my own and had no idea. I was told that they wouldn't return for a week. Turns out that they're working remotely from a beach resort and decided to leave me behind. Just unbelievable. All 4 of them went on the trip, I don't regret leaving at all.
