I'm not really anti-work in the sense of the sub, but this pisses me off.
I have a 5 hour training today (almost 2 months after hire I might add) for one of those crazy personaliy tests which I think the company created, as it doesn't sound like ones I've heard of before. I honestly don't understand why these companies don't understand this stuff is a joke and useless garbage. Nobody cares about your personality or “how it helps you communicate better”, let alone want to hear some PR garbage about how it's been so helpful to the company.
Sigh. I have actual work I was wanting to finish up, but nooo have to piss away half the day listening to some HR drone go on about nonsense.
