Staying at a hotel and I overheard a conversation in the lobby between an older gentlemen and a woman who works here. The part which I thought this reddit would enjoy as much as I did is ….
“One of my friends is a manager at Kroger and they just can't find anyone to work. They're even offering $13-15/hour? How are these people surviving while not working?”
How would we be surviving off that piss poor wage? It really is that simple, pay people a better wage- you'll find people who want to work.
