The depravity of capitalism and working at Lowe’s

I think they believed it would instill a sense of pride, but for me it was pretty soul crushing when they'd call out the store sales numbers at the end of the day. It was usually over $100,000 and sometimes as high as $200,000 and they have 6-8 people working the entire floor and another 4 on registers. Most of us making less than $10/h. I was working at one of the largest Lowe's in America.
