Need advice – to report or not report suspected fraud?

TL;DR My boss/team actively commits fraud. I don’t participate, but don’t what to do (or not do). I’ve worked in a professional office environment for many years. I have had transgressions with both upper management and direct colleagues, but have yet to pull the plug on this job. But I might be at my end. I have been aware of what I believe is fraud going on for the last few years. I do not actively participate in it, but I also haven’t spoken out against it. But, my name gets tangentially tied to it because I enter quotes with my name. When processed into orders, colleagues/direct supervisor make the changes in my quote that I believe constitute as fraud. There is a paper trail to show I am not the one making said change, and I have sent my private email screenshots and some backup evidence that I am…

There is a paper trail to show I am not the one making said change, and I have sent my private email screenshots and some backup evidence that I am not the one. Yet, I am still on some level aware, and complicit.

The client on the end of this transaction does not know they are being taken for a ride. This is all in an effort to boost gross profits from said client, who is a very prestigious institution. This is an extremely lucrative account for my employer, and I’m stunned my direct supervisor is willing to risk it for a few thousand dollars here and there.

It pains me on a moral and personal level, as I am a very honest person, I try not to lie, cheat, steal. But my direct supervisor seems perfectly fine with doing so.

So, what do I do? Where do I go? I realize that reporting this may destroy careers, lives, families. I don’t want to do that. But, it’s fucked, what’s going on, and no one on my team but me seems to be upset about it.

If I went to the client, they might pull their contract, or even sue my employer. If I go to upper management, I’m essentially betraying my team, and my boss would likely be fired (wife, kids, the whole thing). I could just quit and say nothing, and just absolve myself, morally. What I’d really love is to get a fat settlement from my employer for disclosing/resigning and not telling the client, but that’s essentially blackmail.

Would love to hear different opinions and thoughts.
