I am currently looking for another job. My current job isn’t a good fit for me. They treat me well, the pay is decent and the benefits are really good but I’m not happy there. Plus it’s a 50 minute commute one way and I’m tired of waking up so early for that drive.
When I get a new job, after I accept the position, I want to just resign from my current job that day, without giving a notice. I know it’s standard to do 2 weeks but I just want to be done ASAP. Would it be okay to just resign without a 2 week notice?
Edit: I’ve only been at my current job for 2 months and don’t plan on using it on my resume or using any references from there
