Is it worth reporting my company?

I'll keep this short since I'm bad with words. I worked for a company in Pennsylvania that sold used medical equipment via picking the stuff up from hospitals from the nearby cities. The equipment was then sold and the hospitals got a share of the profit with us keeping the rest. The equipment was picked up from commercial box trucks that routinely got stopped by penndot. Now here's the shady part, we were technically not for hire which means we are not allowed to carry equipment that we did not own. I wasn't aware of this however until my last week on the job, except during my 3 years on the job, we routinely delivered and set up procedure tables for a company.
To bypass the department of transportation, a coworker told me that the ceo of the company was making us drive and deliver the equipment while keeping the bill of lading at the company(all products being driven must have a bill of lading which is a paper stating what we are driving with, a weight and the location that they're going to.
Apparently my company I worked for didn't want to pay insurance on the product and instead just lied about what we were transporting.
Now here's my question. Would it be worth it to report the company, a part of me is disappointed with the company because they really took advantage of the employees with the hours and traveling and another part of me honestly just wants revenge due to the fact that the ceo refused to let me use my 2.5 weeks of vacation time since I already turned in a month's notice.
