During World War 2, the OSS (precursor to the CIA) published a book telling workers of occupied countries how to be bad at their jobs in order to undermine their oppressors, but still stay employed. It's worth checking out. Some of these involve racking your tools wrong, forgetting to maintain them, or to purposefully make some mistakes.
I am not necessarily saying you should employ these strategies, but I am also not saying that you shouldn't. It's a good read, for academic purposes of course For legal reasons I will advice to not engage in any acts that will bring harm to anyone else or their property
