Wtf… I uploaded a resume and the automated bot asked me about gaps in my employment history.
In order to submit the application responses are required.
Like why does a gap need to be explained. I have a right to exist without work. I also have a right to privacy.
Look at my credentials. If you think I'm a good fit then that's great, if not, let me know, that's fine.
Don't ask me to explain why I was not employed during such and such time.

- Having time away from work is a good thing if you can afford it
- If there was anything relevant that occurred during that time to this job I would have already told you.
