this is my story that has been going on for the past month and a few days.
I applied to become a graphic designer at a German agency that invited me for an interview. The interview was online, everything went great and they gave me a trial assignment. In the end it turned out that it was actually a real life project. I did that, they were satisfied. Later they give me 2 more projects which are “test”, and in the meantime they gave me a job offer which I accepted, arranged for a real life meeting, face to face to meet the team, etc.
I also did those 2 “trial” projects that they asked me to do, and in the end, at the last moment, near the end of their working hours, I got an answer that they didn't want to hire me, and all that without any specific reason.
The thing when someone puts you down so low that you give up your crappy job and fight and send in applications and start doubting yourself and your abilities even though you graduated college and developed over the years.
