Am I playing them?

So I am currently on a job hunt. Now, someone from a previous company I worked for offered me to go through an assessment for a training role. I said sure. I passed everything, and I got an offer. HOWEVER, that offer was less than what I used to earn in my previous job, which was a rank-and-file role. Plus, it is ONSITE. I re-negotiated, and it kinda took a while. I secured interviews for higher-paying roles (permanent work from home) along the way. I am having them on Monday. Current company wants me to pass everything on Monday and start Wednesday. Now the recruiter presented me the new offer. It was exactly the same amount I earned from my previous role. Now here are the concerns: This is a TRAINER role. I have seven years in the field.

Now here are the concerns:

  1. This is a TRAINER role. I have seven years in the field. Being a trainer is A LOT OF WORK. Now it got me thinking, like I had that salary as a rank-and-file, but I still get the same for a TRAINER role, considering my experience? Now as I said, I previously worked here. I just found out, just a few weeks ago, that one of my friends who worked with me and had less experience, had the same salary as I did! And I also found out someone got twice our salaries for the same role as ours!
  2. They asked me if I was okay onsite. That time the cases were low, so I was like okay. Now, the cases are going high again, and I don't feel comfortable going out everyday and getting exposed.
  3. In the company that wants me back, I am told that because I am coming back, I am getting regularized on Day 1. This means my parents get health benefits starting Day 1.

I thank someone here for telling me about the salary and stuff. I mean, if I have to relocate for this role, but that is an extra cost for me. Plus going onsite means I have to spend money on transportation, food, NEW CLOTHES (my clothes don't fit me anymore! And as a trainer, I have to “look the part”). Now looking at #1, I am not sure if I'd want to have to know again that I am being underpaid (a friend told me I am getting underpaid for the role). I am kinda leaning on pursuing the other opportunities, but I don't wanna play this company. Well they did play me before, so will it be worth it?
