I love when I get spam flooded with indeed requests to apply for jobs without a pay range. When one interests me enough to apply wants to schedule an interview my first question is 'just so I know if we are going to be using each others best time, what is the pay range for this job' … they ALWAYS say 'we can discuss that in the i interview.' Pass. Hard pass. If it was anything good you wouldn't have paid for a faustian contract to spam random people on indeed and you would have filled that job in 3 minutes.
And the best is when you pass on the interview because they won't disclose the lack of money they want to pay you … you're the a-hole. Dude, you are the one who can't fill your positions. It doesn't hurt me to not work for you.
