Not sure if it fits in this sub or not but here goes…. “Okay ma'am I spoke with my manager and we're going to go ahead and [comp the meal/comp the room/whatever necessary to resolve the issue] again we do apologize, but just to let you know, for future reference, this whole 'Karen' energy that you're bringing to this, this is the reason we're short-staffed and that people don't want to work these jobs for what they pay”
