So long story short what is the process for unionizing? Does one just call a random union and say I want to join or what? I’m currently a truck driver and while the company I work for is decent enough, there are things that are questionable and fall upon deaf ears. Some of us feel that if we had a union behind us there would be some action. Because we all come in at different times and leave at different times it is very difficult to speak with everyone. We are a dedicated logistics carrier and have about 15 drivers at our depot, however we are part of a larger company that has depots across the country. So not really sure what the first step is.
