I am security in a major retail store. A person came into my job being extremely disrespectful. So me and my partner verbally banned the person. The person then bumps me with their chest and shortly after that, the person pushes me and my partner. As we was walking the person out, the person threw a box at me. When the person was leaving out the door, the person called me a racial slur. The person also threatened to come back and do great bodily harm to me. Yes I said some things back to the person. After taking physical and verbal abuse… I said “fuck you” After everything was done, a manager tried to paint the picture as me being the aggressor and wanted me terminated. Am I the aggressor? Was I in the wrong ?
