People in the US. Is it standard that the when you call in sick or just can't come in to work that you then need to find a replacement for your shift? Often read this in posts. Is that not the employers job? They are the one who needs something done and the one to do it is not coming. So the boss needs to get someone else to do it or it will not be done.
