I call my boss for guidance and she tells me she’s tired too

So I work in patient care all alone and my patient is going ballistic. She keeps trying to harm this other patient and is ruining the entire house. It’s a mess. I call my boss and after not answering, she says “I don’t know what you want me to do; I’m just tired” and hangs up 🙂
