Tips for dealing with workaholism?

I've genuinely struggled with workaholism my entire working life. My father is a workaholic and always had an unhealthy work life balance, I barely saw him growing up. I'm trying to be better for my own kids but realize I fall in to the same habits. Almost 40 and realized I've probably averaged 50 hours a week or so for the last 20 years, never taking more than a week off at a time unless I was out of work, and I just don't want to do it anymore.
