What a shitshow r/askHR is when you think about it

I used to have a different Reddit username and posted a few times on r/askHR and to this day I am astonished how many of our nation's private and public sector Human Resources people are totally brainwashed by our system. Years ago I posted about different things, and also read about other people's situations that were similar. My story to this day was a simple one and one I thought I was in the right. I cannot travel long distance because I get stick, mostly due to migraines. I had posted on r/askHR about getting out of a job duty that suddenly required us to travel across the state to another work site that was not run efficiently (why everyone quite and we were required to travel 4 hours to that site)… The responses I got on r/askHR were not just “they [bosses] can do whatever they want” but it…

The responses I got on r/askHR were not just “they [bosses] can do whatever they want” but it was more of “they [bosses] can do whatever they want AND THAT IS JUST THE WAY IT IS SO SUCK IT UP”. I kept reiterating it was wrong to force someone who always throws up if they are in a car for more than 2 hours to travel that distance and the brainwashed drones on r/askHR were all too proud to make sure I understood how fucked up our laws are to always benefit the ruling 1%.
