“After I (female) discussed my wages with a new male colleague with the same position as me and zero experience, my boss handed out printed paragraphs stating that we weren’t to discuss our pay and if we did we would be fired, he had us sign them and turn them in, this was just last year in FL. I didn’t sign but everyone else did, sad that not many people know their rights especially when it comes to labor. He also makes everyone come in at 730 rather than 8, but you don’t get compensated for coming 30 minutes early and you definitely get reprimanded if you don’t show up. I also disregard that “policy” and I’m surprised I haven’t been fired yet….
