My kiddo doesn’t want to go back to school after recently graduating HS. I think she would enjoy a trade. However, I work with many hard working, blue collar workers who have paid with their bodies and physical health. If they’re in a union they can often retire and have decent health care. If not, they’re working until old age with chronic pain. Is there a trade where the trade off for decent pay is not going to break her body?
