Where do people find work from home jobs where they do mostly nothing?

I want to work from home but only since I hear people who work remote get lots of downtime. I want to get my work done in 2 to 3 hours and spend the rest of my time playing video games or web surfing. Kind of like what this post or this poster does. Which remote job is like this and which is the easiest to be self taught in?
