I've been applying to a lot of different jobs lately, and honestly gotten constant generic rejection letters. I'm wondering if my response to the optional option of if you have a dislibility is what's causing my multiple rejection emails. I have a disability and it seems every employer I have had pretends to care but don't. I once had one company claim they already gave me enough time off for my disability as though I can chose how or when it occurs. Honestly, I'm kinda over applying to jobs now. I'm fed up with micromanaging bosses, crappy company culture, garbage wages and companies that say they care about employees with disabilities or mental health but don't actually show it. Any suggestions for work I can do and be my own boss?
