Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster. This is so very new and I’ve only just found out tonight, but my workplace has just started unionizing and got around to my stores location and I am SO EXCITED. I just needed somewhere to gush about it. I’ve been dying to join a union for years, but I just was never sure how or where to start, and the service industry is notoriously lacking in good unions. But now I’m FINALLY going to be involved and I am absolutely over the moon, maybe I’ll finally feeel fucking HEARD in my workplace for the first time in my life!!
