Isn’t OT pay required in the US?

I recently had a phone interview with a very large dairy, the women informed me that they work 10 shifts on a rotating schedule, 6 days on 1 day off, then 6 days on 2 days off. She also informed me that they do not pay time and half for OT. I’m almost certain this is not legal, but wanted to make sure I’m correct. It seems odd that such a large corporation would so blatantly violate a basic labor law. I know in the case of being salaried it’s sometimes possible to not receive OT, but this is definitely an hour job. I’m located in Arizona. I’m still considering taking the job for now and working their for a while and then if it is in fact not legal, I would just file a wage claim for the unpaid OT after I get a different job.
