Just found out pay discrepancy between coworkers

I graduated last year and started work at my current company as a software engineer. Just today I found out my male coworkers who have the same level of experience (no internships) and under the same job title earn 10k more than me. We just had our yearly reviews where I was told before that we could ask for raises but they were just done automatically, where I got a 3.3% raise. Don’t know what caused such a big gap, maybe I wasn’t assertive enough because I didn’t know much about the industry when I started but just felt like a big blow today, considering I’m constantly being told at work how much they like me here and that I am an asset, but then I find this out just wanted to vent some frustrations
