Worked as a WFH consultant for a huge company (TCS). Contract sucked so I told my manager I quit. He asks me to stay on another month while they look for a replacement. I agree and stay on. Manager now refuses to sign my timesheets.

Reason given was that I didn't log in 40 hrs a week. That's crap, I made sure to be logged in for 9 hours daily, even during lunch. Tried reaching the company but no one ever answers phone, email or messages. Sent messages to TCS HR managers I found on LinkedIn but no answers. Not sure if I can call the state labor dept since I wasn't an employee but a consultant. Again, this is a multi-billion dollar company stealing one month's wages and not sure what to do next.
