Question about wage theft

So I had a graphic design job back in June. A bunch of circumstances that I’d rather not get into it forced me to leave the job, but the last week I worked I worked in the office Monday. Then Tuesday-Friday I worked remotely, giving them updates on every little thing I did. However, I was only paid FOR THE ONE DAY I WAS IN THE OFFICE. Hell a couple of those days I got up early just to work on this project. I took breaks but I still let them in on every single little thing. I updated them throughout the day. I’m genuinely curious, is it considered wage theft when they only paid me for one day I was in the office? This same employer made excuses about being unable to access the email address I sent an email to regarding my work and were super passive aggressive…

This same employer made excuses about being unable to access the email address I sent an email to regarding my work and were super passive aggressive with me from there. If it is considered wage theft, who do I talk to? And is it even worth trying to get the rest of the money back?

Thanks.

EDIT: Figured out who I need to contact
