cw: gross stuff
so im trying to keep this as anonymous as possible incase anybody from work happens to stumble upon it, so forgive me if i word anything weirdly.
ok, so i (nb17) work at a fast food chain. and this particular day i was taking orders and cleaning the place when things were slow. so i decided to clean the washrooms first, to get it done and over with. and when i went to the washroom, i found someones used underwear. now, thats a biohazard. and i wasnt going to let that slide. so i go and find one of my managers, and tell her about it, since legally i cant clean it without proper training. and so she goes to check it out, and i showed her where it was. and i said “im sorry, but i cant clean that, its a biohazard.”
so she cleans and disposes of it. how she does this? by putting the biohazard in a bag, tieing it up, and throwing it in the garbage in the washroom and leaving it there without changing said bag she threw it in. and while she never outright said she was irritated with me, she really made it clear bc for the rest of the night, she nitpicked everything i did it seemed.
i get paid a mere 14 dollars an hour to put up with this shit.
