we got a complaint… it was awesome

My GM answers phone and comes over later with weird look, naturally I ask why. She tells me the call was from guy saying when he was in day before, order wrong. But when he tried complaining to shift lead, she said she didn't get paid enough to deal with him. When he demanded gm, she shrugged and said employee right, she didn't make enough for that. GM had been there that day, and I was shift lead so she was confused and asked him to clarify that it was that date in store. It wasn't our store. It was location across town. He told her he just wanted to vent. I still don't know how I feel about it! Laugh? Or cry that we get yelled at for mistakes we didn't even make?
