Job just turned down my PTO request a day before i was supposed to leave, when they already accepted it a month ago.

Worked here for a year and a half, our department has already lost 35 employees in the past 4 months, crazy understaffed. Me and my friends all have plans for a beach house and I requested off a month ago, got it approved. Got an email today saying they had to decline it now due to staffing shortage for the week. Absolute fucking bullshit, if it wasn’t for rent cost I’d be out the fucking door rn
