I see so many posts about bad bosses and stuff, but I swear, it's the people I have to work with that are the biggest problem. We have a guy that made lists of when people took breaks and smoked, the dude has a mirror on his desk to see around the door and watch people. Sneak out a few minutes early and 12 people will be tripping over themselves to find someone to complain to. Everyone wants to bash everyone else and run to the boss to get brownie points. Grr…
