I work as a stocker at a cheap store. (Not saying the company name.) And me and the DM who works shifts in the store alot are good friends for a long while. No I'm not a suck up nor would she let me slide on stuff I'm not supposed to do. Me and her work well together while we do our tasks but sadly I have to switch to another job that pays alot more and I know damn well I will never have that good boss relations again. She was the best boss I ever had she was understanding of my work situation actually did her job of scheduling right especially when people called out. Hell she pull multiple shifts if she wasn't able to get people to cover shifts. The only bad thing I will say about my boss is she is by the books. Have any of you had the good luck of an actual good boss to work with? Love to hear y'alls experiences.
