“Good job”

I just feel like there’s an expiration date on every job. Even the “good ones”. The date may vary but at some point your employer will realize your potential and you’ll always be exploited, underpaid, or engaged in some kind of toxic activity until you can’t take it anymore. Thus, on to the next job and the cycle repeats. Thoughts?
