My partner had an interview today with local discount club store BJs today (yes that's their real name) for a managerial position.
He embarked on this interview journey without knowing the compensation (his first mistake but he hasn't been out there in the job search for a minute and I have, so)
He had his 2nd interview today where he was told the compensation, and let me repeat, for a FULL TIME MANAGERIAL POSITION, was $15.50.
Like, I can't. I'm so insulted just on principle. Im about to take this on social media and put them on blast. They're raking in on inflation like crazy and this is what they pay MANAGERS?? Fuck off with that bullshit.
