I have experience in fast food, call centers, warehousing, and IT. I have worked in the US and Asia. I have lead teams for the last 15 years. I believe I am pretty good at my job and have lost three employees in the last 10 years. One asked to come back, I agreed. I work with both good and bad managers, have been mentored by both as well, and mentor others. I am far from perfect but I will answer any questions to the best of my ability.
